Our fish are processed using a combination of traditional sun drying and innovative hybrid solar drying methods. These low energy, sustainable techniques allow us to produce fresh and dried seafood with a significantly lower carbon footprint compared to conventional drying methods. Nothing goes to waste at Bait Al Bahr. We have developed a zero-waste approach by ensuring that every part of the fish is utilized. Bones, internal organs, and other residual by-products are processed or sold to fish and animal meal manufacturers,
where they are repurposed into valuable nutritional products. This practice not only reduces waste but also contributes to a circular economy, maximizing the value of each catch and benefiting industries beyond seafood.
